Terms Of Service
1. Small delivery charge applies to all orders calculated by area being delivered, restaurant delivering from, etc. But still way cheaper than if you would get yourself.
2. Deliveries to some businesses will have 15% added to order above the delivery charge and food charge. This is due to when a driver would come to a place where the driver would take time to wait on the person delivered to or could not find quickly then it puts the driver to where he or she also misses out on other deliveries. We strive for customer service but we also like to take care of our employees as well. We think most of you will know that is fair and always feel free to ask us any questions you may have about this.
3. Minimum order of $15.00.
4. Cash only accepted at this time. Credit cards, debit cards, and checks will be accepted soon.
5. Once an order is placed with us then it is considered a sale. Any complaints can be taken up with us after the fact but it is a sale and must be paid for.
6. We reserve the right to lower or raise the price of any product or service at any time without notice.
7. We reserve the right to substitute any product when a restaurant may run out and cannot get in touch with customer to come up with an alternative.
8. Any credit, debit, or checks have to be approved over phone before order. Then also our driver will imprint card and have you sign it as well. This helps ensure no fraud is taking place.

A: Call us not the restaurant when you want to place and order.
Q: Is the delivery charge also the driver's tip?
A: Delivery charge IS NOT gratuity for the drivers. So please be kind and tip our drivers.
Q: What do I do if I don't see the restaurant I want, the city I live in, or the item I am craving?
A: If you don't see any of these be sure to call us. We still may be able to take care of these concerns.
